At ger camps with generators, electricity is available for a limited time and is usually turned off during the night. Some ger camps may have access to continuous electricity if they are connected to the local town's power grid.
Remember to pack your travel toiletries for convenience. It's also advisable to bring towels for your personal comfort. Opt for a travel towel that is compact, highly absorbent, and quick-drying.
Electrical plug types in Mongolia vary, with most being Type C and Type E with 2 round holes. Consider bringing adapters if needed. For added comfort, you can bring sleeping bags, although fresh and sterilized linen and covers are provided at all accommodations throughout our trip.
Due to slow internet routers, obtaining a data sim card upon arrival at the Mongolian International Airport is recommended for reliable internet access during the trip.
Water will be provided, and it's advisable to bring personal water bottles that maintain temperature. Ger camps can provide hot water upon request, facilitated by your tour guide. During the trip outside Ulaanbaatar city, meals will be served at the ger camps, with occasional picnic lunches during travel breaks.
